After reading the text it was observed that the low energy budget of foragers explains some of the good points for us to be aware of. Even though the foragers have more leisure time than the people who produce their food, they wanted the quality of the food to be more accurate. This was one of the reasons that the group shifting to producing their own food. it was also found that these groups were not getting enough food for their living as compared to the other people. As they were not doing anything, they were not given that value which is quite necessary for the foragers to be able to fulfill their needs and food intake.
